WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR FULL BODY FIT?

If you're training at a gym, you'll have everything you need for this program.

If you're training from home, I recommend the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells (the more you have, the better your results)
  • Booty bands & long resistance bands
  • Bench or box
  • Yoga mat

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

I'M A BEGINNER. IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

This program can be done by all people of all levels and experiences. I provide modifications for the more challenging or intense exercises, so there's always a movement that can be done no matter your level.

MY LIFE IS SUPER BUSY. DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW THE SCHEDULE?

This plan is specifically designed for busy schedules - with just 3 workouts a week to make it as manageable as possible. I provide the calendar to give you an outline and some structure to your training. However, if you cannot do 3 workouts a week or are unable to follow the schedule, you can easily extend the program past the 4 weeks - just aim to leave at least one rest day between each training session for optimal recovery.
