WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR REBOOT?

If you're training at a gym, you'll have everything you need for this program.

If you're training from home, I recommend the following equipment:

  • Dumbbells (the more you have, the better your results)
  • Booty bands & long resistance bands
  • Bench or box
  • Yoga mat

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

Once you sign up, you'll have lifetime access to everything! Repeat the workouts and make the recipes as many times as you choose.


I'M A BEGINNER. IS THIS PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

This program can be done by all people of all levels and experiences. I provide modifications for the more challenging or intense exercises, so there's always a movement that can be done no matter your level.

MY LIFE IS SUPER BUSY. DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW THE SCHEDULE?

Not at all! I provide the calendar to give you an outline and some structure to your training. However, if you cannot do 5 workouts a week, you can easily extend the program past the 4 weeks. I would suggest following the workouts as they are laid out, as they are optimized so you can have the best recovery for your muscles and perform at your best.
